Intel at Microsoft Ignite

In October 2023, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Intel and Microsoft on an immersive keynote experience for the Microsoft Ignite conference. Our goal was to captivate both in-person attendees and a global online audience by showcasing Intel processors through AI-powered art. I developed an interactive installation using Processing, TouchDesigner, and an Intel RealSense depth camera.

Design

My installation “BLUEPRINT,” inspired by architectural design, emphasized the need for technologists to adopt a more engaged and responsible role in shaping our future. As visitors moved throughout the space, the cityscape’s buildings shifted and glitched based on their presence and emotional states. This visual metaphor underscored the importance of collective participation and responsible design principles in developing AI systems that respect privacy, diversity, and human values.

The installation was built using Processing, TouchDesigner, and an Intel RealSense depth camera.
